Biography:

Genevieve Cadwalader is a Vice President of Commercial Development at Sares Regis of Northern California. Since joining in 2013 she has been responsible for several large scale projects, including the development of a 1,200,000 s.f. highly sustainable and innovative corporate campus for a confidential tech company. Before joining Sares Regis, Genevieve was at The Bristol Group in San Francisco where she managed acquisitions, asset management, and development for their Southern Florida portfolio, most notably the construction and renovation of an 800,000 s.f., $120-million cargo warehouse facility and hangar renovation at Miami International Airport. Genevieve received a BA from Harvard University, where she was a member of the Women's Varsity Rowing Team and won the 2003 NCAA Championship, and a Master of City Planning from University of Pennsylvania with a Certificate in Real Estate through a joint program with The Wharton School. Genevieve currently serves on the board of Rebuilding Together Peninsula, is co-chair of the Urban Land Institute NEXT Steering Committee in San Francisco, and on the leadership committee for a ULI Product Council.
