March 22, 2017 James Carpenter Based in Chicago, Mr. Carpenter specializes in Industrial Investment Sales. During his 25 year career, he has completed transactions comprising over 208 million square feet of property in 27 markets with total consideration in excess of $9.5 billion. Mr. Carpenter’s primary responsibility is Industrial Investment Sales across the Midwest. He also leads C&W’s Industrial Advisory Group, a national practice group dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to industrial clients. Mr. Carpenter is a full member of both The National Association of Office and Industrial Parks and The Urban Land Institute and was the Chairman of the ULI Industrial and Office Properties Council, Green Flight from 2013-2015. Mr. Carpenter has a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado and a MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. Member Directory
