James Carras

Biography: Eighth year as a faculty member at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and Graduate School of Design. Previously taught at Tufts, M.I.T. and Florida Atlantic University. Over thirty years consulting experience in development finance and community and economic development. Currently a Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow at Harvard University focusing on creating "Equitable Development Finance Ecosystems."
