Biography: For more than twenty-five years I have managed the development and delivery of $1 billion in real estate projects, including apartment, hotel, medical office, creative office, industrial, retail and land development. I have been responsible for these projects from concept to creation. Development needs to change. Real estate development needs to approach the world with a new promise, one that is transformational, one that is regenerative, one that is sustainable. I've created Foreland just for this purpose.
