Janine Cole

Biography: Janine Cole Sustainability and Social Impact Director for GPE, a FTSE 250 Real Estate Investment Trust specialising in development and investment of property in Central London. A member of the GPE Executive Committee, she leads on the development and implementation of sustainability strategy and reporting on ESG matters across the business.  A key responsibility is to integrate sustainability, wellbeing and social impact into all aspects of GPE’s corporate and asset strategies. Janine is also the Chair of the Better Buildings Partnership and a member of the EPRA Sustainability Committee.
