Jay Corbalis

Biography: Jay Corbalis is Vice President of Public Affairs for JBG SMITH, specifically focused on the company’s efforts in Crystal City. In that capacity he works with a diverse range of public stakeholders to create long term value by aligning priorities and investments around shared goals, particularly related to major transportation projects. Prior to joining JBG SMITH, Jay was part of the Mixed-Use Development Team at Federal Realty Investment Trust, where he worked on large scale redevelopment projects like Pike & Rose. Jay has an undergraduate degree in Urban Studies from Cornell University, and a master’s degree in real estate development from Georgetown University. He and his wife live in Silver Spring, MD.
