Margaret Cafarelli

Biography:
Margaret (Marge) Cafarelli Marge joined DignityMoves as their Chief Real Estate officer following a decades long career as an entrepreneurial real estate developer dedicated to building vibrant and sustainable communities in California. (Founder and owner of Urban Developments) When the war broke out in Ukraine in 2022, she volunteered with World Central Kitchen at the Poland/Ukraine border feeding refugees, this service reignited her passion to work on behalf of those in need. She is excited to leverage her experience to help DignityMoves ensure a scalable and dignified solution to housing chronically unsheltered individuals. Marge is the founder of Urban Developments and a member of the Urban Land Institute and ULI Sustainable Development Council. She has led the vision and development of many award winning LEED mixed-use, infill projects in the Bay Area and Santa Barbara County. She is a Board Member of the Music Academy, she studied Finance at Arizona State University completed the Executive Program in Business Strategies for Environmental Sustainability at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the Woods Institute for the Environment. For fun and adventure, she and her partner participate in long distance trekking (Camino de Santiago, Rota Vicentina), and adventure travel. Member Directory  Arrow
