Michael Cook

Biography: Michael is a partner at Davies Howe LLP practicing land use planning and development law. He advises developers and landowners throughout the municipal approval process for large-scale development projects and other office, retail, industrial and residential projects. Michael advocates for clients before municipal councils and navigates appeals under Ontario’s Planning Act, representing clients before the Ontario Land Tribunal and the Toronto Local Appeal Body.
