Paul Carballo

Biography: Paul is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in Florida with 10+ years experience in the management, planning, design, and documentation of site & land development projects throughout Florida and the South Florida region. His work over the past 7 years or so has been focused on commercial and mixed-use projects ranging from grocery stores or gas stations to large scale multi-block commercial developments in dense, urban centers. He has extensive expertise with mixed-use commercial development in Miami and South Florida, open parks & plazas, pedestrian promenades, single- & multi-family subdivisions, stormwater infrastructure improvements & drainage studies, and more. Paul is a graduate of the ULI Leadership Institute Class of 2023.
