Paul Carballo

Biography: Hi! I am a registered Professional Civil Engineer in Florida with 10 years experience in the management, planning, design, and documentation of site & land development projects throughout Florida and the South Florida region. My work over the past 6 years or so has been focused on commercial, mixed-use projects ranging from your favorite shopping center to large scale developments in dense, urban centers. I have extensive experience with high-rise development in Miami and South Florida, designing open parks & plazas, pedestrian promenades, single- & multi-family subdivisions, stormwater infrastructure improvements & drainage studies, and more. I am a graduate of the ULI Leadership Institute Class of 2023.
