Ryan Christman

Biography: As a Manager in PwC’s Financial Markets group, Ryan Christman leads a valuation team focused on real estate purchase price allocations for financial reporting, fair value opinions, advisory, and litigation. With over 12 years of diverse real estate consulting experience, Mr. Christman currently specializes in assisting PwC clients with the preparation of ASC805 analyses for individual properties and portfolios. In addition, Mr. Christman assists PwC's real estate audit clients with the assessment of fair value measurements for financial reporting purposes. Prior to joining PwC, Mr. Christman was employed by McKee Appraisal, a boutique appraisal and consulting firm located in Seattle, Washington. Real property scope includes a wide variety of traditional uses such as office, multifamily, and agricultural, plus unique assignments such as a proposed wind farm from the perspective of a landowner, and measuring the influence of high capacity transit on the value of adjacent properties. Projects range from single buildings to diverse, multi-billion dollar mixed-use portfolios across multiple states.
