Ana Duffy

Biography: Ana Duffy is a Sustainability Manager at Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP), overseeing key sustainability initiatives for the office portfolio. She’s responsible for driving progress toward HPP’s Science Based Target, net zero waste by 2025 target, and furthering the company’s decarbonization strategies, including efforts to reduce embodied carbon in (re)developments. She’s passionate about the built environment’s potential to drive meaningful change in the fight against climate change and maximizing education and engagement of all stakeholders along the way. Ana is active in various industry organizations such as ULI Greenprint, BOMA San Francisco, BOMA International, and Building Transparency’s ownersCAN group.
