Anna Duchnowska

Biography: Anna Duchnowska, Managing Director- Investment Management. Member of the European Executive Committee and Equity Investment Committee. Coordinates asset management activities around Europe ca 14 billion EUR of AUM to ensure optimisation and efficiencies in driving strategic value enhancement. She embrace changes, develops cross border teams, promotes DEI initiates and oversee corporate governance for many vehicles. Anna has +20 years of professional experience, with the focus on investment management, ESG strategies implementations and driving asset values optimisations . Anna is a mentor in Invesco Woman's Network as well as iMentorium. Prior to joining IRE, Anna worked for Colliers International Poland, AIB Property Fund and KPMG. She holds a Master of Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota. Anna is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
