Jeffery Daniels

Biography: Jeffery Daniels is the co-Founder and Managing Partner of Centered Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment management firm focused on providing homes that promote Resilient Positive Outcomes for our investors and the residents of the communities in which we invest. At Centered, Mr. Daniels directs the strategy, operations, and culture of the firm. A seasoned real estate executive with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Daniels has invested over $7 Billion in the development and acquisition of conventional, affordable and for-sale multifamily assets. Immediately preceding the founding of Centered Real Estate Partners, Mr. Daniels managed multifamily investment sales professionals as President of Greystone Real Estate Advisors and Senior Vice President of Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Mr. Daniels was a Managing Director at the global insurer, American International Group (AIG). At AIG, Mr. Daniels was responsible for formulating the multifamily development and value-add investment strategy and portfolio management of the company’s U.S. real estate holdings. During his 13-year tenure at AIG, Mr. Daniels formed over 25 joint ventures with national and regional real estate developers and operators and grew the AIG multifamily portfolio by more than 30%. He currently serves (since 2018) in the part-time elected position as Trustee of the Incorporated Village of Hempstead, New York, where he has been appointed Deputy Mayor and administers an annual budget of approximately $105 million. Mr. Daniels received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Hampton University and an MBA in business management from Bloomsburg University.
