Biography: Jeffery J. Daniels National Director Institutional Property Advisors Mr. Daniels is currently the National Director of IPA’s multifamily platform. Jeff’s primary responsibility is to facilitate revenue growth and market share gains by designing, implementing and executing strategic plans that further develop and scale the IPA multifamily platform. In this role Jeff manages the firm’s business development, client relationships, sales and recruitment efforts. Prior to joining IPA, Mr. Daniels was the Head of AIG’s U.S. multifamily investments. In this role, he was responsible for the formulation of the value-add investment strategy, the execution of the strategy and the portfolio management of the company's U.S. real estate holdings. During his 13-year tenure at AIG, Mr. Daniels invested and asset managed over $7 Billion of multifamily real estate spanning over 38,000 units and more than 20 states. He has formed over 25 joint ventures with National and Regional real estate operators and grew the AIG multifamily portfolio by 30%. Prior to joining AIG Global Real Estate, Mr. Daniels was an Assistant Vice President at Zurich Structured Finance, where he managed a $1.5 billion multifamily portfolio financed with Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Mr. Daniels received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Hampton University and an MBA in business management from Bloomsburg University. He is on the Board of Directors of the National Multifamily Housing Council, is a Sustaining Member of the Urban Land Institute, a Member of the ULI Multifamily Green Council, and serves on the Boards of Friends Academy and the Community Development Corporation of Long Island.Member Directory
