Biography:

Krista Di Iaconi is the Managing Director of the Northeast region for Regency Centers, the preeminent national owner, operator, and developer of shopping centers located in affluent and densely populated trade areas. Krista oversees the leasing, development, operations and asset management of 88 shopping centers in the company’s Mid-Atlantic and Northeast portfolio, totaling approximately 11 million square feet. Krista has more than 20 years of experience in premier-quality commercial real estate, including grocery anchored shopping centers and mixed-use developments. Prior to coming to Regency, Krista held multiple roles in operations, acquisitions, and development throughout her 20 year career at JBGR Retail and a short period at EDENS. Krista earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington and a MS in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. She is an active member of Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the Lab School of Washington Board of Trustees. Member Directory
