With 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mark specializes in industrial investment sales for institutional clients as well as private owners of real estate. During the past 10 years, Mark has represented institutional as well as private owners in the acquisition and disposition of over 350 million square feet of commercial properties valued at over $25 Billion. He has been recognized as one of the Top-Producing Industrial Brokers numerous times throughout his career and has been a consistent Top Producer every year. Education and Associations Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Pre-Med from Arizona State University. He has earned the designations of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Mark is a four time recipient of the Industrial Broker of the Year award, Associate Member of the Year in 2011, and served as Night at the Fights Chairman an unprecedented six times as a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mark is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is frequently requested to speak at industry related events including CoreNet, Real Capital Markets and Urban Land Institute. Mark has a passion for community building and is a Co-owner and Executive Board Member of two professional Football Clubs; Ipswich Town Football Club in the UK, and Phoenix Rising Football Club in the US.
