Biography: Mark Detmer, SIOR, CCIM Co-Founder and CEO Premier Logistics Properties At Premier Logistics Properties, we believe industrial real estate is more than just buildings—it’s the foundation of thriving businesses, resilient communities, and long-term economic growth. Our vision is to empower people and partners to succeed together and foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and shared success. During his 30 year career in industrial real estate, Mark has successfully negotiated over 2,000 transactions encompassing a half a billion square feet of sales and leases totaling more than $40 billion dollars in value. Mark is a nine-time Broker of the Year award winner, multi-year SIOR National Industrial and Investment Sale award recipient and NAIOP Associate Member of the Year. Mark is an executive committee member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Industrial and Office Product Council (IOPC-Red), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member, and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), serving as the Chairman of NAIOP's National E-Commerce Forum. Mark serves on many Executive Boards including Premier Logistics Properties, Ipswich Town Football Club, Phoenix Rising Football Club, 21st Century Ventures, and Phoenix Country Day School. Mark supports many local, national, and international charities including the Leadership Circle at Phoenix Children's Hospital, Teammates for Kids Foundation, and Tumaini, a Kenyan orphanage. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Pre-Med from Arizona State University. He has earned the designations of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
