Sara Doelger

Biography: Sara is responsible for acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management and ESG initiatives at Argosy Real Estate Partners (AREP). AREP specializes in opportunistic, core plus and Opportunity Zone real estate investments in the lower middle market across a variety of asset types through JVs with operating partners. Sara has a depth of experience in real estate finance and development across a variety of asset types. Prior to joining AREP, Sara held development positions at a retail REIT, a multifamily owner-operator, and a regional Taco Bell franchisee. Sara holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of City Design and Social Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.A. in Urban Studies and Classical Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Sara is a former Chair of the Commercial & Retail Development Council (Silver) of the Urban Land Institute and was a co-founder of the Indiana District Council of ULI in 2007.
