Abbey Ehman
Biography: Abbey Ehman is responsible for LPC West’s sustainability practices for the firm’s new construction and redevelopment activities across the west. Her background includes architecture, development, and construction management, with a primary focus on efficient project delivery and the cost-effective integration of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) measures. Throughout her career, Abbey has managed the design and construction of highprofile projects across California, covering all asset types. Some of her most notable projects include the successful delivery of a $30-million retail development in Downtown Los Angeles, and the master planning and entitlements of a 250-acre, mixed-use, healthy-living community in Bakersfield. Her work includes managing design teams, project costs, and schedules to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time and within budget for every assignment. Abbey spearheads strategy and initiatives within LPC West’s ESG Leadership Task Force, and is championing the firm’s corporate social responsibility and sustainability efforts. She previously worked with the U.S. Green Building Council to launch the LEED® Pilot Program, and taught a graduate course on the Affordable Integration of Sustainability Practices in Real Estate Development.
