Biography:
Barry Elbasani, FAIA Founding Principal ELS/Elbasani & Logan Barry Elbasani, FAIA is a founding principal of the nationally recognized architecture and urban design firm ELS/Elbasani & Logan. His firm is particularly well known for dynamic retail and mixed use centers, which have revitalized American downtowns. Barry has been able to complete these complex projects because he can focus on large scale urban patterns that will work within economic and design constraints and then collaborate with public officials, developers and citizens to reach consensus. Some of ELS' award winning urban mixed-use commissions include: Pioneer Place in Portland; The Shops at Arizona Center in Phoenix; The Grand Avenue in Milwaukee; The Foundry in Georgetown; and Clarke Quay in Singapore. He is Principal in Charge for the Denver Pavilions, now under construction. In addition to being a member of the Urban Design Mixed Use Council-Gold, he has been active in ICSC and is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects. Member Directory  Arrow
