Douglas M. Etkin Principal Etkin, LLC. Principal of Etkin, LLC, a full-service real estate development firm based in Southeastern Michigan which owns and manages over 3,000,000 square feet of superior quality office parks, research and industrial facilities, retail space, medical office buildings, a senior living facility, self storage facilities and restaurants. Doug is a 1974 graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (BBA) and a 1977 graduate of Wayne State University Law School. He has lectured at the University of Michigan, Urban Land Institute and other conferences many times. He is active in various non-profit institutions at a leadership level. Including as past president of the Jewish Foundation of Metropolitan Detroit and chair of the Strategic Planning Committee of Children's Hospital Foundation of Detroit.
