Erwin Effler

Biography: Erwin is a widely respected professional whose industry experience ranges from strategic planning to real estate investment, development, design, construction, and management. He has unique and multifaceted insight into customer's challenges and market opportunities, as well as a deep understanding of the complex obstacles that customers face when they approach a new project. Since founding Effler Commercial, LLC, Erwin served as President of Stage Capital Partners, LLC, and served as a consultant reorganizing the real estate division of a family office and several distressed projects. Prior to that assignment, Erwin served as vice president of real estate development at Ryan Companies US, Inc. and led a 100-acre mixed use development, a 200,000 SF inpatient hospital expansion and several ambulatory care center and MOB developments. He also led projects for Welltower, Inc. (NYSE: WELL); helping senior housing and care operators, health systems, and physician groups nationwide gain strength and market share through strategic real estate acquisitions and development. He obtained a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University; a Masters in Real Estate Development from Clemson University, and is a former Board Member of Sunset Retirement Communities.
