Leisha Ehlert

Biography: Leisha Ehlert is responsible for managing development and operations of active investments and feasibility analysis for acquisition opportunities. Ms. Ehlert’s functions include contract negotiation, entitlement procurement, design development and implementation, project financing, marketing and operational strategies, and disposition. Prior to joining Castle Hill Partners, Ms. Ehlert served as Project Manager with Simmons Vedder Partners for seven years, where she performed upper level development oversight across multiple product types including industrial, office, student housing, detached condos, and master planned developments. Ms. Ehlert received her BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating Cum Laude.
