Biography: Yasemin is the Relationships Manager at Placemaking AI, an AI copiloting platform that helps optimize commercial destinations by decoding behavioral patterns and benchmarking them globally. She bridges insight and execution, enabling more human-centered placemaking decisions. She holds a degree in Operations Research: Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Yasemin began her career in management consulting at PwC Strategy&, then joined Amazon as a Project Manager, focusing on scalable, customer-centric solutions. She later co-founded a jewelry brand with her twin sister and contributed to her family’s natural stone business, leading its expansion into the U.S. market. At Placemaking AI, Yasemin combines analytical expertise with creative vision to help transform malls, streets, and public spaces into authentic, engaging destinations.
