Adam Fowler

Biography: Adam Fowler has more than 14 years of experience developing real estate in Vietnam. From 2011 to 2023, he served as Investment Director of Ecopark Corporation, implementing a number of joint ventures and land transactions while developing a 500-hectare greenfield site in Hung Yen, Vietnam into a new suburban master-planned community. Adam has served as a Senior Advisor for Boston Consulting Group, working with both private and public sector on socio-economic strategy and land planning. He is also the founding Chairman of EUDS, a leading premium interior contractor in Vietnam. Adam is a graduate of the Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary in the United States. He also holds a degree in advanced real estate valuation from Oxford Brookes University. Adam has been a member of Urban land Institute since 2012 and helped to found ULI Vietnam as the Vice Chair of the ULI Vietnam National Committee.
