Biography: In the words of my mentor, "there's only truth in numbers". JLF Group is 37 years established, through Custodian we have delivered 10,700+ properties into over 317 developments, our portfolio is valued at over $3 Billion, we've saved Australians over $300 Million in tax, our investors have averaged an annual return on equity of 40%, and on average our clients successfully own 3 investment properties putting them in less than half of 1% of Australians. I've personally transacted over $50 million of land alone, and co-ordinated over $30 million of construction. My job is to source land in high growth corridors of Victoria and South Australia that fits our criteria for the highest prospective capital growth. I am a fully licensed Real Estate Agent in QLD & VIC, passionate property investor, coffee snob, snowboard enthusiast, Airbnb innovator, heartfelt volunteer, dog lover, UFC fan and loud laugher.
