Danielle Feidler

Biography: My career of 25+ years, has been about exploring ways of developing healthy, engaged, inclusive, and socially cohesive communities, whether defined by customers, employees, or partners. I've worked with market-leading, city-building developers to create strong brands and to deliver beautiful, sustainable homes in vibrant condominium communities with unmatched customer and employee experiences. I’ve created community economic and development programs with training, jobs, and community engagement that collectively generated real triple-bottom-line growth. I’ve always believed and advocated, that sustainable community development goes way beyond the "bricks and mortar" environment to transcend the physical, and to include the social infrastructures that are critical to any successful community. I have personally helped deliver over 80 residential communities and 30,000+ homes in the GTA and have supported organizations to become recognized industry leaders in social and environmental sustainability. Currently, I have just established a new consulting company, Fire Up Culture that is dedicated to fostering community-and-people-first approaches that are purpose-driven and work to ensure all belong as respected, connected and protected members so they in turn can create a society where all life can thrive.
