Biography:
David L. Frame co-founded Landeavor, LLC in 2007 for the purpose of providing a land development and residential / resort acquisition platform for Walton Street Capital in the eastern United States including Texas and the Caribbean. The company focuses on Principal residential and resort acquisitions as well as formation of joint ventures and land entitlement opportunities. In his 25 year career, Frame has successfully acquired, developed, consulted and managed numerous master planned communities in many of the high growth US markets as well as the Bahamas, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Prior to the formation of Landeavor, LLC in 2007, Frame served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Terrabrook, the nation’s largest developer of master planned communities from 1997 until the sale of the company in late 2003. Terrabrook, a $1 billion company, acquired and developed over 50 master planned communities in 15 states and Puerto Rico. Terrabrook, owned by Westbrook Partners was also responsible for all land investments by the fund. Prior to joining Terrabrook in 1997, Frame was Vice President and General Manager of Arvida Company, a Florida based community development company. Frame was responsible for the Arvida operations in Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa prior to taking over the Atlanta operation as well as the acquisitions division. A former partner with Trammell Crow Residential from 1988-1991, Frame was responsible for the company’s for-sale housing operations in Palm Beach and Martin Counties in Florida. Frame proudly served as an Officer in the United States Navy attached to Fighter Squadron 142 aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, flying the F-14 Tomcat. He has been a full member of the Urban Land Institute since 1992 and served as Vice Chair of the Recreation Development Council. Member Directory  Arrow
