Gary Farmer

Biography: November 2003 Gary S. Farmer President, Heritage Title Company of Austin, Inc. 1987-present. President, First Capitol Title Company, Inc. 1987-present President, Heritage Exchange Corporation of Texas 1993-present. The above entities are engaged predominantly in the commercial title insurance, escrow service and tax deferred exchange business. Heritage works extensively in the land development arena as well as with the office, industrial, retail and multi-family segments of the commercial market. Gary earned a BBA degree in 1980 from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife Susan have three daughters, Lauren, Caroline and Katherine.
