Biography:
Jack Fraker is Vice Chairman and Managing Director with CBRE in Dallas, Texas. He has 30 years of real estate experience, specializing in the sale of investment properties for institutional clients, as well as tenant representation (office and industrial) for corporate clients. Jack is also a Managing Director in CBRE’s Capital Markets, heading international capital deployment in the US Logistics Sector. He has consistently been a top national producer in investment sales, representing some of the country’s largest corporations, Global investors, pension fund advisors and REITs. He has leased or sold over 1 billion square feet of office and industrial properties and approximately 6,600 acres of development sites in more than 60 U.S. cities, and in Mexico, Europe and South America.
