Biography:
Jeffrey Fullerton is an independent consultant providing real estate development and advisory services for public and private clients. With over 20 years experience delivering performance based infrastructure and turn-key real estate development, Jeff helps clients define their project objectives and develop implementation plans to achieve project goals. Jeff's expertise includes planning and structuring new investments to create value for the public sector through synergistic planning and financing of projects involving both key public infrastructure and value added real estate development. Notable past projects include the Long Beach Civic Center, William H. Gray II 30th Street Station, Napa Civic Center and LA convention center expansion. Jeff has held senior positions at the Plenary Group, Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, Hackman Capital and Fieldstone Homes. Jeff has also advised pension funds, international banks and high net worth individuals on over $2.5 billion of opportunistic real estate acquisitions. Throughout his career he has been involved in the acquisition of over 15 million feet of existing real estate and the development of over 6 million feet of new assets in the Western US. Jeff is a former CPA holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Montana and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Stanford University.
