Biography:

Kelly joined Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Inc., f/k/a Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in 2006. She is responsible for the strategic management of a Takeda’s Cambridge, Massachusetts real estate portfolio of approximately 850,000 square feet of space. Kelly represents Takeda in all lease negotiations for new space and renewing existing obligations. Most recently, after the acquisition of Ariad Pharmaceuticals by Takeda in 2017, Kelly negotiated the Sublease of Ariad’s former headquarters at 125 Binney Street in Cambridge. Prior to joining Takeda, Kelly worked as a transactional attorney at Barron & Stadfeld, P.C. in Boston, Massachusetts representing a wide variety of commercial clients. Kelly holds a BA from St. Michael’s College in Vermont and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Square Business Association and Cambridge Chamber of Commerce on behalf of Takeda. Member Directory
