Laurian Farrell

Biography: Laurian has worked in the private, public and philanthropic sectors for 20 years, focusing on resilient city building, environment, and flood risk management challenges. She has applied her training in water resources engineering and landscape architecture to programs in Canada, where she is from, and more recently to 100 Resilient Cities in New York before joining the Resilient Cities Network. Here, she works alongside Chief Resilience Officers and global colleagues to advance innovative and impactful solutions that realize the vision of equitable and resilient cities.
