Nicole Frambach

Biography: Nicole Frambach has been shaping communities since 2017 as a Market Manager of Land Acquisition with national homebuilder NVR, Inc. (Ryan Homes). With a sharp eye for opportunity and a strategic mindset, Nicole leads the charge in identifying and securing prime development sites across Charlotte. Her work bridges the gap between landowners, brokers, developers, engineers, and municipalities—ensuring each new neighborhood begins with a strong foundation and a clear path to success. Nicole’s academic journey began at East Carolina University, where she earned dual degrees: a BS in International Business and Finance and a BA in French. Her multilingual and financial background adds depth to her negotiations and cross-functional collaborations. She holds real estate licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, and is a proud member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Her leadership within ULI includes serving on the Charlotte Program Committee, Management Committee, and the Women’s Leadership Initiative, where she was honored with the Prologis Scholarship for her contributions and global engagement. When she’s not scouting land or leading development deals, Nicole finds joy in traveling, spending time with her family and chickens, and staying active with Females in Action (FiA)—a peer-led fitness group empowering women to grow stronger in every aspect of life.
