Biography:
Warren E. Fink, Senior Vice President Warren Fink is responsible for the sourcing, negotiation and closing of all debt and equity capital for Madison Marquette. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Fink served as a financing and acquisition consultant to real estate development and investment companies. From 1989 through 1991, as Director/Manager for Jones Lang Wootton USA, he was responsible for international retail real estate transactions. He had previously served as President/Managing Partner of Kensington Development Corporation in Boca Raton and Regional Manager/Vice President of Real Estate Investments for Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA-CREF) where he worked with JMB/Federated Realty. The Rouse Company, Investcorp, The Simon Group, The Jacobs Group and other leading retail and real estate firms. Mr. Fink received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University. He founded and was chairman of the Young Mortgage Bankers Association of New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), and Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).
