Aimee Gaudin

Biography: Aimée Massey is a change, diversity and inclusion consultant based in London. Aimée has worked on campaigns for Snapchat, Adidas, Selfridges and many more, managing over 500 events globally, from Tokyo to Paris to New York. Aimée consults for clients on their strategies and goals, as well as being a public speaker, having previously spoken for Christie’s, Bright Network, Expert Webinar, Code First Girls and more. Aimée also hosts interviews, with a number of high profile influencers and speakers, including Vanessa Kingori from VOGUE, Niomi Smart, Lorna Luxe, Zanna van Dijk, Alice Liveing and Emma Gannon. Aimée co-founded Become because she’s passionate about helping women of colour to fulfil their full potential. Partnered with CAMFED, supporting women’s education in Africa, Become is all about narrowing the gender/race wage gap, helping women of colour to kickstart their careers with events, shadowing opportunities, internships and mentoring sessions. Become also advise corporate clients on diversity and inclusion policies, training and branding.
