Under her direction, Rancho Mission Viejo is bringing to life a community that challenges the status quo by integrating Ranch neighborhoods exclusive to 55-plus residents and “all age” neighborhoods with an overlay of ageless amenity design and programming. A former Planning Commissioner for six years with the City of Rancho Santa Margarita, Genaro earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. Genaro is a popular speaker to such prestigious organizations as the Urban Lands Institute, Pacific Coast Builders Conference and the 55+ Housing Council. She is also a member of the Building Industry Association – Orange County Chapter and the Urban Land Institute. Amaya currently serves on the Global Wellness Institute Wellness Communities and Real Estate Initiative. Member Directory  Arrow
