Andrew Griffin

Biography: An accomplished and innovative development, design and construction leader, who has recently joined Artemis Real Estate Partners to help oversee the development, construction and CapEx projects across all asset classes. Most recently worked for Kimco Realty and JBG Smith on dozens of new infill mixed-use developments. More than 20 years of comprehensive experiences through the design and construction industry, including work in program management, design, general contracting and as an owner’s representative on several different project types. Leadership has been demonstrated through managing small and large teams of direct reports and dozens of external contractors and consultants on multiple projects concurrently.
