Brian Grindall

Biography:
Partner with the law firm of Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C. Brian has extensive experience representing property owners, asset managers and investors in connection with the development, sale, acquisition and leasing of retail, residential, condominium, data center, office, industrial, mixed-use and hotel properties and venues. He represents clients in all facets of commercial real estate, including joint ventures, acquisition and sales contracts for improved and unimproved properties, development agreements and borrower and lender representation. In addition, Mr. Grindall has a substantial amount of experience representing lenders, borrowers and acquiring parties in financial workouts and restructuring of distressed real estate asset transactions. Mr. Grindall previously served as general counsel to a national commercial real estate developer where he oversaw general operations as well as investment and development activities associated with office, industrial, retail and residential real estate development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region ranging from New Jersey to Virginia. Mr. Grindall received his Masters of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
