During his 12 year tenure as Director of Acquisitions, he closed over $600 million of real estate transactions where he oversaw the underwriting, financing and ownership transitions of these assets. Daniel has acquired and operated retail and office assets in San Francisco, Hawaii, Nevada, Texas and Southern California.
