Jeffrey Glew

Biography: Jeffrey Glew Engagement Director The Concord Group Boston, MA Jeffrey R. Glew is an Engagement Director with The Concord Group, a real estate development consulting firm providing advisory services to the nation's leading developers and financial institutions. As Engagement Director, Mr. Glew is responsible for the operations and delivery of client services in The Concord Group's Boston office. With The Concord Group, Mr. Glew has conducted a full array of residential, commercial, and industrial market analyses across the United States, ranging from medical office development to luxury resort planning. Mr. Glew's recent project experience includes: Southfield, a 1,400 acre mixed-use redevelopment of the former South Weymouth Naval Air Station in Massachusetts; Universal Village, a planned 2,900 unit mixed-use redevelopment on the back lot of Universal Studios in California; and Tejon Mountian Village, a luxury mountain resort set on 23,000 acres on Southern California's Tejon Ranch. Mr. Glew is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on the Program Committee of the ULI Boston District Council. In addition, he has conducted real estate industry presentations at schools including the University of California, Irvine and Harvard University. Prior to joining The Concord Group, Mr. Glew was a Senior Analyst in the Business Strategy group in the Boston office of Hill, Holliday, a $150MM marketing and communications agency within the Interpublic Group of Companies. A native of Boston, Massachusetts, he received a B.A. in History from Yale University. May 2008
