Biography:
After studying economics at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, Marnix began his professional career in 1987 as a consultant. In 1989, he took his first steps in the real estate sector (family portfolio). His own company Allfin (°2001) became one of the leading real estate developers in Belgium. In 2014, Allfin took a 29% stake in Immobel, listed on Euronext since 1863. Following the merger between Allfin and Immobel in 2016, he became its Executive Chairman.
