Michelle German

Biography: Michelle German is the Director of Operations & Sustainability at LBA Realty/LBA Logistics, overseeing corporate operations and sustainability. She joined LBA in 2011 and has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Michelle is an integral part of the corporate operations team and she continuously works to improve and create company processes that increases efficiency and streamlines work flow. She provides fundamental support for LBA’s industrial and office portfolios from acquisitions to dispositions. She is responsible for facilitating companywide processes including reforecast and annual budgets, operating expense reconciliations, team trainings and tenant satisfaction surveys. Michelle also has oversight over LBA’s sustainability program, including data management, implementation of energy efficiency projects, water and waste focus, smart building programs, clean technology and certifications that include LEED, ENERGY STAR and Fitwel. She has led the company in receiving a number of awards related to sustainability efforts. Prior to joining LBA, Michelle was a Property Manager where she managed retail and office properties throughout the Orange County and San Diego area. She holds her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge. Michelle is an active member of BOMA Orange County, where she served as the Director of Finance and Director of Young Leaders and was a past recipient of the Principal Member of the Year award.
