Patricia Gage
Most recently, Ms. Gage was an executive at Cobiz Financial, managing the Real Estate Banking Group, Public Finance Group, Residential Mortgage Lending and Vail Valley bank.
Prior to joining the bank, Patricia served in executive positions with Continuum Partners (a large, mixed-use developer) and JP Morgan Chase. Her responsibilities included capital procurement, banking and investor relationships, global capital planning, loan origination, loan portfolio management, project management, and asset management.
Patricia also spent 10 years in the commercial construction industry, serving as project manager for a variety of public and private projects.
Patricia earned her MBA in real estate finance and construction management from University of Denver and holds two undergraduate degrees from Black Hills State College in South Dakota.
She currently serves on the Board of Commissioners for the Denver Urban Renewal Authority, the Metro State University Foundation Board of Directors and is a former chair of the ULI Public-Private Partnership Council. Member Directory
Biography: Patricia has worked as a lender, developer and contractor in commercial real estate for more than 30 years. She joined RE | Solutions as a Principal in 2018. RES is a brownfields real estate development and advisory firm run by nationally recognized leaders in the industry. RES specializes in reuse strategy and liability management for environmentally-impaired properties.
