Biography:
Paul Geyer is a Principal with PGIM Real Estate Finance. In this role, he oversees the company’s Dallas office and is primarily responsible for originating a broad range of mortgage products in the Midwest and Southwest regions of the United States. Paul has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Prior to joining the company in 2002, he served as vice president with J.P. Morgan Mortgage Capital Inc., where he led a loan origination team. Earlier, he was a vice president at Nomura Asset Capital Corp. Paul previously worked for Prudential Realty Group, representing the company in equity and debt transactions. Paul received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from DePauw University, and subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration degree, with concentration in finance, from the University of Chicago. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, ULI, The Real Estate Council, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Member Directory  Arrow
