Robert Gibbs
Biography: Robert Gibbs, FASLA, AICP is a professional planner, landscape architect and real estate advisor. He teaches at Harvard’s University, hosts the Michigan Planning Today cable show and has authored numerous books and articles. Gibbs has been named as "One of the 100 most influential urbanist of the past century" by Planetizen and his peers. Gibbs has also been credited with developing one of the Great Ideas of the New Urbanism. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects and a member of the American Institute of Planners, the ULI and is a charter member of the US and Europe CNU. Gibbs directs all of GPG's projects and has consulted on hundreds of private and public sector projects in all 50 states and around the world including: Alexandria, Auckland, Canada, Charleston, Disney, Detroit, EDS, Ireland, Melbourne, Mexico, Naples, New Zealand, Palm Beach, Palm Desert, Portland, Poland, Sydney, Taubman Centers and dozens of hospitals and universities.
