Griffin, Jr. President, New England Area 617.204.4150 | [email protected] As the leader of one of the nation’s most successful investment property sales groups, Rob Griffin has developed an investment sales machine second to none. Over the course of his 27-year career, Rob and his team have closed nearly 500 transactions with total consideration nearing $24 billion. Clients include many of the world’s major corporations and financial institutions, such as Beacon Capital Partners, Equity Office, Shorenstein, JAMESTOWN, J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers, Harvard, MIT, Fidelity, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, TA Associates Realty, Boston Properties, MetLife, Walton Street Capital and RREEF. A 1980 graduate of Boston College (School of Management), Rob is still an active BC alumnus. He is a member of the President’s Circle as well as the chairman of the school’s Real Estate & Finance Council. An enthusiastic supporter of Children’s Hospital Boston, Griffin is the founding chairman of Champions for Children’s, a multi-million dollar fundraiser for the hospital which has evolved into the hospital’s top annual fundraising event. He is also involved in many Catholic charities and is an enthusiastic youth hockey coach. Griffin resides in Hingham with his wife Cathleen and their children Corey, Michael and Casey.
