Tom Graham

Biography: Tom Graham is a Senior Investment Analyst at Utah Retirement Systems. His responsibilities include property monitoring/auditing, underwriting/modeling, administrating the real estate database regarding financial performance and accounting functions, and asset management. Part of his current role at URS is to help build out the asset management program for URS’ direct assets. He’s also on a team that manages relationships with joint venture partners for retail, industrial, and office properties. During his time at URS, he was a recipient of the John W. Koza Leadership Fellowship in 2016 from the Pension Real Estate Association. Prior to Utah Retirement Systems, Tom worked for iCap Equity, where he performed similar duties and helped manage the investor operations. Tom has a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
