W. Douglas Goff

Biography:
W. Douglas Goff Doug Goff was the Co-President of The Johnson Development Corp. (JDC) in Houston, Texas before he retired on March 31, 2022. Before assuming management responsibilities over all real estate in the JDC portfolio in 2005, Doug spent the prior 10 years as General Manager of Sienna/Johnson Development, an entity formed to develop JDC’s 10,500 acre Sienna Plantation community. Prior to joining Sienna in 1995, Doug was General Manager of Markborough Development Company and was instrumental in the turnaround of the 3,000 acre New Territory community and several other projects throughout the Greater Houston area. His involvement in large-scale, master planned communities outside of Houston includes projects in Austin, Texas, Vero Beach, Florida and Lafayette, Louisiana. Doug has a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and a Masters in Management from Purdue University. He has been a resident of Fort Bend County, Texas for the past thirty-two years and has a wife, Susie and two sons, Douglas and Derek. Doug is the Past Chairman of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Executive Committee of the Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council and is a Board Member of the Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital. He served several years on the Board of the Fort Bend ISD Education Foundation and is currently a member of the Community Development Council of the Urban Land Institute. Member Directory  Arrow
