Biography:

Asim Hamid is a Senior Managing Director in the Real Estate Group, and he currently focuses on new investment opportunities in the multifamily sector. Since joining Blackstone in 2017, Mr. Hamid has been involved in the acquisition of over 60,000 multifamily units. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Hamid was a Managing Director at The Praedium Group and involved in acquisitions on the west coast. Mr. Hamid received a BS in Finance and Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Member Directory
