Brian Heafey

Biography: Brian is a Partner in PCCP, LLC and is responsible for PCCP’s debt investment platform and serves on the Firm’s executive committee. Prior to leading PCCP’s debt platform, was head of asset management for both PCCP’s equity and debt portfolios. Before joining PCCP in 2000, Brian was a Consulting Manager for E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group throughout Asia and the United States. Brian is a graduate of Stanford University and has served as a Trustee for St. Ignatius College Preparatory and as a board member of Rose Court, a low-income housing development.
