Dionne Hoh

Biography: With 8 years of professional expertise in the public sector and real estate consulting, Dionne serves as global topic lead for real estate under BCG’s Infrastructure, Transport and Cities team. Prior to BCG, Dionne was a Senior Manager of Capital Markets and Investment Services at Colliers International, identifying opportunities for investment across various real estate sectors and geography, driving the growth of Colliers International’s business. She was also an Executive Planner at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore where she was a key member of the Jurong Lake District master planning team. Before that, she was Manager of the Centre for Liveable Cities, where she authored several think pieces on new land use concepts and urban mobility. Dionne holds an Honours degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and is passionate about mentoring young talents who have an interest in joining the real estate industry.
